These Aren’t Just Files…

These are the stories of the people I work with, the words of our history, of our trials and victories, and of our focus.  When I carry a stack of them, I feel deep gratitude for the individuals who have entrusted me as a partner on their journey; I’m someone who can keep their pace, track details, sense issues, and change course when there are road blocks.  We have a pretty unique relationship that contains mutual respect with equal parts inspiration and aspiration.  At the end of the month when I do my books, I feel amazed at how privileged I am to work with these people.  They are always teaching me new things: most of all, how to be a better teacher.
